to the XII International Congress on Sugar and Sugar Cane Derivatives, “Diversification
2013”, a Scientific-Commercial Exhibition will be held, in which companies,
organizations and specialized firms will have a unique opportunity to expose,
promote and market their products, services, technologies and other materials associated
with the topics of the event.
The interior modular stand price is 110.00 CUC per m2 for
the entire exposure period and includes:

Stand assembly.
·
Participation in all activities of the congress.
·
Two exhibitors for each stand.
·
Furniture (1 table with 4 chairs).
·
Label with the name of the firm.
·
Stand cleaning.
·
Security of samples after the close of the
exhibition.
·
Certificate of participation.
·
The stand area is 9m2 (3 x 3m).
If exhibitors are interested in some other furniture, it can be requested
with an additional cost over the basic module described before.
The location in the plane will be in the order of receipt of
applications and with the approval of the Organizing Committee.
Commercial presentations can be done with a fee
of 500 CUC per speaker. This fee includes:

Slot for commercial presentation in the program
(15 minutes)
·
Participation in all the scientific sessions
·
All working lunches
·
Participation in all social activities
scheduled
